Reframing Tools

What is Reframing?

Reframing is a technique that you'll find instrumental in your recovery journey!Ā If you experience thoughts like "this food is bad for me" and "i'll gain weight if I eat that", you'll know just how much of a nightmare these can be to navigate and can be holding you back from eating for recovery (andĀ making peace with food!).Ā

ReframingĀ it’s the ability to shift our perspective to find the lesson, the growth, orĀ an alternative and more balanced view of something.

ReframingĀ food beliefs helps toĀ bring peace and calm around the eating experience, and if you're joining in on our challenges to challenge fear foods, these practices will be so helpful to get your brain out of the way so you can seeĀ food in a more balanced and health-ful way
